SFB Auctions is a property auctioneering company founded in 2005.
SFB Auctions has successfully sold over 1,000 properties throughout the country varying from a safari lodge in the heart of the Okavango Delta, hotels in major cities and towns, extensive ranches and agricultural concerns in prime farming areas to prime residential, commercial and industrial properties in Gaborone, Francistown and other villages in Botswana.
SFB Auctions offers its services countrywide (throughout Botswana) and can be engaged to sell any property type (commercial, industrial, residential, tourism or agricultural).

OUR SERVICES
Over the past 15 years, we have meticulously built-up and continuously update an extensive database of buyers, looking to be matched with properties meeting their requirements. With our vast experience, we have tailored our process to ensure its’ relevance and effectiveness in meeting, and often-times exceeding, the expectations of sellers and buyers in the Botswana property market.
We offer auctioneering/ agency services to institutional and individual private property owners. Our primary method of sale, public auction, is a transparent method of sale which also meets the needs of liquidators and business consultants.
In addition, we provide auction support services to commercial banks, building societies and legal practitioners - the aim of this service is to enhance the sale in execution process to boost recoveries and shorten turnaround times for the overall benefit of all stakeholders in this process.
